Questions people ask us.

Straight answers about who we are, what we do and how a project starts. If your question isn't here, ask us. We reply the same working day.

Who builds business systems in Abuja?

Several companies do. Jervex Technologies Limited is one: an Abuja company (RC 9937184, incorporated 14 October 2026) that connects, fixes and builds business systems for mid- to large-scale organisations, with AI agents built in and your people in charge. It is founder-led, so you work directly with Jeremiah Princewill, who designs and builds your system.

Can you connect our existing systems?

Yes. Connecting the systems you already have is usually our first recommendation, so information moves between them without your staff retyping it. See Improve an existing system.

Do we have to replace our software?

No, not unless that is clearly the better course. For each system you use, we recommend whether to keep, connect, improve or build, with reasons. We will tell you if you do not need new software.

How does a project start?

With a free 30-minute consultation about how you operate today. Then a Systems Review, free for early clients, gives you a written estimate of the time and money at stake and a recommendation for each system. The first phase is small on purpose, and it is priced and agreed in writing before work begins. See How we work.

What does a consultation cost?

Nothing. The first consultation is free, takes about 30 minutes and carries no obligation. The Systems Review is also free for early clients. After that, each engagement is priced on its own and agreed in writing before work begins.

Which organisations do you work with?

Mid- to large-scale organisations whose staff spend hours moving information between systems: hospitals, clinics and HMOs; transport and logistics companies; distributors and multi-branch retailers; hotels; larger private schools; and property companies. See Industries.

How do AI agents fit in, and who stays in control?

AI agents take over routine work, such as answering common enquiries, matching payments and drafting replies. What they may do is agreed in writing, anything consequential needs a person's approval, and your operations keep running without them.

Where are you, and how do we reach you?

We are based in Abuja and work across Nigeria, mostly remotely; in Abuja we also visit your premises to see how your teams work. Message us on WhatsApp or call +234 915 177 0039, or email hello@jervextech.com. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00 (WAT). We reply the same working day.

Have a question about your own systems?

Start with a free consultation. We'll look at how you run today and set out in writing what we would connect, fix or build.
