HMO claims tracked until they are paid, appointments kept, and access you control.

For clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres and HMOs. We work on the operations side: registration, scheduling, billing, claims, stock and reporting. Clinical decisions stay with your clinicians.

Two starting points

Already using a hospital or clinic system?

We review billing, claims and reporting, connect the parts that are separate, and reduce the steps staff repeat by hand.

Improve your current system

Still on paper folders?

We would normally start with registration and billing, the two places queues form, and add claims and stock in later phases.

Build a records system

Health information is sensitive personal data

The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 treats health information as sensitive personal data. We keep these systems to operations and records, limit access by role, keep an audit trail of who viewed or changed a record, and agree data processing terms in writing before we touch any patient data.

Questions healthcare providers often ask

Do you build clinical software?

No. We build and improve the operations and records side: registration, scheduling, billing, claims, stock and reports. Diagnosis and treatment decisions stay with your clinicians.

Can you work with an HMO rather than a hospital?

Yes. For an HMO, the same approach applies to enrolment records, provider networks, authorisation logs and claims processing.

How do you handle patient data during the work?

We agree in writing what data we may access and why. Where possible we work with test data first, and access to real records ends when the work ends unless you ask us to support the system.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what the first phase covers. We agree the price with you before any work starts.
