A system that does the routine work for you, built around how your business runs.

When you have no proper system, or have outgrown yours, we design and build one with automation inside from the start: reminders sent, payments matched and reports ready without anyone chasing them. School, hotel, inventory and general business management systems, delivered one useful phase at a time.

Build only when the alternatives will not do

  • You have no system yet, and the work runs on paper, chats and memory.
  • Your spreadsheets have hit their limits: too many copies, too many errors, too slow.
  • Your current software cannot be adapted to your requirements at a reasonable cost.
  • You need several branches, departments or roles to work from the same records.

Not sure? A Systems Review tells you whether to build at all. Sometimes the cheaper answer is to improve what you have.

Four kinds of system, shaped to your business

Each one starts from the same foundation: clean records, clear roles, and reports management can trust.

School management

  • Admissions and student recordsOne record per student, from application to graduation.
  • Fees and receiptsFee schedules, payment matching and balances by class.
  • Results and report cardsScore entry by teachers, computed results, printable reports.
  • ParentsNotices, receipts and results by SMS or WhatsApp.

Hotel management

  • Reservations and front deskBookings from phone, walk-in, WhatsApp and booking sites.
  • Rooms and housekeepingLive room status shared across shifts.
  • Restaurant and barSales posted to the guest's bill or paid at the counter.
  • Night auditDaily reports that agree with the cash and the rooms.

Inventory

  • Multi-branch stockStock by branch, with transfers between them.
  • Serial numbers and warrantiesFor electronics, solar equipment and other serialised goods.
  • Purchasing and suppliersReorder levels, supplier orders and goods received.
  • Sales and receiptsEvery sale reduces stock in the right branch.

General business management

  • Customers and enquiriesEvery enquiry recorded, assigned and followed up.
  • ApprovalsRequests that move to the next person automatically.
  • Documents and recordsSearchable records instead of folders and chats.
  • Management reportsThe numbers you check every week, ready when you need them.

Small phases you can see working

You see the system early and often, so there are no surprises at the end.

  1. Discovery and design

We map the process with your staff, design the records and screens, and agree what the first phase will deliver.

You get: process map, data design, screen sketches and a written first-phase scope.

  2. A focused first phase

We build the part that matters most first. We agree the price with you before any work starts.

You get: a working system for that part of the business.

  3. Regular demonstrations

You see progress on your own data every week, or on a schedule we agree, and can correct course early.

You get: a short demo and an updated list of what is done and what is next.

  4. Training and handover

We train the people who will use the system and hand over documentation they can follow.

You get: user guides, an admin guide and trained staff.

  5. Support and next phases

Optional support afterwards, and later phases only when you decide the first one has earned them.

You get: a support arrangement in writing, with response times.

Built to keep working

Works without AI

The essential operations of every system we build keep working if AI is unavailable. AI is added only where it helps.

Your data stays yours

You can export your records. We agree hosting, backups and access in writing before go-live.

Documented and handed over

Documentation, training and clear roles, so the system does not depend on one person, including us.

About building a new system

Who owns the data and the system?

Your records are always yours, and you can export them. Ownership of the software itself, licences and hosting are set out in the written agreement for each project, so you know exactly what you are getting before you sign.

Where will the system be hosted?

That depends on your needs and budget: a reputable cloud provider, your own server, or a platform you already use. We explain the options, the running costs and the backups before you choose.

How are changes handled after launch?

Small fixes are covered by support if you take it. New features are scoped and priced like any other phase, so the cost is always agreed before the work.

Do you use an existing platform or build from scratch?

Whichever fits better. An established platform such as Odoo can be the right base for some businesses; a custom web application is better for others. We recommend one, explain why, and you decide.

What does a new system cost?

It depends on the scope, which is why we start small. We agree the price with you before any work starts. You stay in control: you decide each next step, and you're never locked in to us.
