Stop paying for software your staff work around.

We find where time and money leak out of the system you use today, then build automation and practical AI into it, so follow-ups, reminders, payment matching and reports happen without anyone retyping. It starts with a review, done with the people who use the system.

Your system probably needs work if…

None of these mean your software is bad. They usually mean it was set up for a smaller business, or never connected to the rest of your work.

  • Staff keep a private spreadsheet next to the "real" system
  • Month-end reports are assembled by hand from several places
  • Two departments give different answers to the same question
  • Customers or parents send proof of payment on WhatsApp and someone retypes it
  • Only one person knows how a key process works
  • You pay for features nobody has been shown how to use

We look at the whole flow of information, not just the software

Records and data

Where each record lives, who updates it, and where copies drift apart.

Workflows and approvals

The real steps work goes through, including the ones done on paper or in chats.

Reports

What management needs to see, how long it takes to produce, and how reliable it is.

Connections

Payments, accounting, messaging and any other tools that should share information.

Access and security

Who can see and change what, and whether that matches their role.

Workarounds

Where staff work around the system. These usually point straight at the problem.

Keep, connect, improve or build

Every review ends with one of four recommendations for each part of your system. Building something new is the last option, not the first.

KeepWhen it works

The tool does the job. The fix is training, a short guide, or a small setting change.

ConnectWhen tools are good but separate

Two tools each work, but staff copy between them. We link them so information moves once.

ImproveWhen it nearly fits

The system can do more with configuration, an extension, cleaned-up data or an automated step.

BuildWhen nothing fits

Only when improving or connecting cannot meet the agreed requirements at a reasonable cost.

Typical improvements

  • Fixing or configuring the software you already have
  • Connecting systems: payments, accounting, messaging
  • Automating repetitive steps, such as receipts, reminders and reports
  • Adding AI assistance with human approval, such as drafting replies or summarising records
  • Cleaning up and moving data out of spreadsheets

For example

  • Hospital or HMOClaims tracked from authorisation to payment, with a list of what is overdue.
  • Logistics firmEvery completed trip turned into an invoice, with fuel checked against the route.
  • Distributor or retailerStock in every branch updated from each sale, with reorder alerts.
  • HotelRoom status visible to the front desk and housekeeping on one screen.

The Systems Review

A short review of how your business handles its records and daily work today, ending with a written plan you can act on and an estimate of what it could save you.

We talk to the people who use the system, look at the data and the reports, and confirm where time and information are being lost. You keep the report whether or not you continue with us.

Free for early clients, for a limited time. The first call is free.

What you get

  • An estimate, in writing, of the staff hours and naira the changes could save
  • A map of your current records, workflows and tools
  • The bottlenecks we confirmed, with the evidence
  • A keep, connect, improve or build recommendation for each part
  • A proposed first phase, with its scope and price
  • An outline of the later phases, so you can see the whole road

About improving an existing system

Will you work with our current vendor's software?

Yes, where the software allows it. Many systems can export data, connect to other software through a data connection (an API), or be configured further. If a change needs the vendor, we can work alongside them or help you brief them clearly.

What if the right answer is to change systems?

Then the review will say so, with the reasons and a costed plan. You decide. If you choose to keep what you have, we can still improve the parts that matter most.

Will our data be safe while you make changes?

We back up before changing anything, work on a copy where possible, and agree in writing what data we can access. Access ends when the work ends unless you ask us to support the system.

Will our staff have to stop work?

We plan changes around your busy periods and keep the current system running until the improved version has been checked with your staff.
