In progress: first release November 2026.

A multi-branch retailer in Abuja: every customer message in one place.

Customers write on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and email. We are building one staff application where every message lands, an AI agent answers the routine questions, and staff take over whenever a person is needed.

Described without naming the client, as our agreement allows. Nothing on this page is the client's data or their real system, and there are no results yet, because nothing is delivered. Results will appear here once they are measured, and only with the client's written agreement.

The problem

Busy branches, four channels, and no one view of the customer.

  • Messages arrive on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and email, each on a different phone or inbox
  • Nobody can see a customer's whole conversation, or what was promised to them
  • Replies are slow, especially in the evening and at weekends
  • Enquiries get lost between staff and branches
  • Quotes are typed by hand, one message at a time

What we're building

One application for the staff, with the AI agent working inside it and people deciding what matters.

One staff application for all four channels

Every message from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and email lands in one queue, with the customer's earlier conversations beside it.

An AI agent inside it

It answers routine questions, such as opening hours, availability and delivery areas, and hands the conversation to staff when a person is needed.

Connected to the company's ERP, under strict control

The agent starts by reading records only. Each new kind of action is approved in writing before it is switched on, and every action is logged.

Managers and staff in charge

Managers assign conversations. Any staff member can take over from the agent, and quotes are sent in the customer's own chat.

How it works

Four steps, from the first message to the quote.

  1. A message arrives

On any of the four channels, it lands in the one queue, matched to the customer if they have written before.

  2. The agent answers what it can

Routine questions are answered in seconds, using only the records the agent is allowed to read.

  3. A person takes over when it matters

Prices, complaints and anything unusual go to staff. The manager decides who handles each one.

  4. The quote goes back in the same chat

Staff approve the quote, and it is sent where the customer wrote: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email.

What the staff see

A drawing of the shared inbox, with invented customers, items and prices.

Sample data, not the client's system: invented customers, items and prices. A sample staff inbox. The queue holds four conversations: Ada on WhatsApp asking about delivery to Lugbe, answered by the agent; Musa on Instagram asking the price of 6 office chairs delivered, with a quote waiting for approval; Grace by email returning an item, assigned to after-sales; and Tolu on Facebook asking about Saturday opening, answered by the agent. Musa's conversation is open. The agent replies that the chair is in stock at Branch 2 and that a colleague will confirm the price. The stock was read from the ERP; because a price was needed, the conversation was handed to staff, the manager assigned it to the sales desk, and staff took over. The sales desk approved quote Q-0193, 6 black mesh office chairs delivered to Gwarinpa on Thursday for 525,000 naira, and sent it in the Instagram chat.
